whale rider

i watched a movie "Whale Rider" by Niki Caro who is Maori born in NZ. I like human drama or such kind of thing. especially I love the movies including their original cultures. this movie is full of their traditional culture so it was pretty nice and exciting for me. I like to know things people around the world have done or do now and like to see their lives based on the history. I'm gonna study anthropology or ethnology in the U.S. so i'm sure it will be so exciting! of course even now I'm so exciting!!
Anyway, the movie was nice

scaring brother
you know, i'm a kind of lazy so i fall in asleep anywhere, anytime and i was almost going to sleep when i was watching a movie but my brother suddenly got mad and angrily shouting, and then he turned kotatsu over!!!!
I was just surprised and scared so soon after he went to take a bath I ran out of the house and drove to one of my friend's house :-(
it was so scaring..... after a while he mailed me that he was sorry for having done such a silly thing.
ummm but "I" should have been sorry about lots of things, sorry brother

bowling for
I watched a little bit of a movie "Bowling for Columbine" and it really impressed me. I don't know what to describe but... u know what? i strongly thought i should watch it so i rented the DVD from the shop near my hometown. we should be more serious about that kind of thing. in these days, there've been happening too much tragedies not only in Iraq but in all over the world.

christopher

Chris came from California is really funny :-)
I hope to visit him next year in California and let him take me around to have delicious meals.

Anyway, in last August, Chris, Adam and Kasey came to my house in Mihama and my mom really loves them so today she sent a box filled with Japanese mandarine orange to Adam!! At first she tried to send it to the International Center in Chukyo but I stopped her doing that.
I guess Adam has to deal out them to each exchange student. I'm sorry but if they don't like it, i think i will have them every day!

which state?
Mood:  d'oh
u know i'm always killing my time at the international center in Chukyo and when I was sitting on a sofa Mr.Kanazawa called me to come into the office and we talked about universities I had listed for the exchange program.
I have just 10 months in the U.S. for studying so I wish I will enjoy whole the life there.
choosing the state is kind of tough for me because I don't know much about where's the best or a suitable place for study or for living.
I think California, Utah or New Mexico are fine for now. I prefer to warmer place I'm sorry Mr.Montana and Mr.Idaho :-)

On the way home in a train, I met one of my high school friends who's also majoring in English at Nanzan and we talked a lot about our love of English :-)
I LOVE English so we were so excited!
keeps my motivation high, huh?

wonderful pasta #2
Mood:  lyrical
I went dinner with Kayo and Erina after classes. Mayuko couldn't come because she had to prepare for the exam on Saturday.
We were in a same group and have been good friends since last year :-)
we went to Sakae and had a wonderful pasta.
and chatting, chatting and chatting.....
it seemed to continue forever...;-)

BTW, I'm kind of ignorant of Sakae and you know I found Central Park in Sakae for the first time!
when my friends told me that we would meet at "Cenpa", I didn't understand what "Cenpa" is and said "huh?" After all I recognized it was Central Park.
And here's another story about my ignorance of Sakae... I didn't understand "Kurihiro" when Mauko asked me to go out and my mother and I talked about it and we came to decide it meant "kuri no ki hiroba" but it was actually "Crystal Hiroba".
that's quite difficult to keep up with these kind of things!!

oops I forgot talking about "Hime es"
